Buljugić za Sarajevsko jutro :Postkarantinsko vrijeme donosi i prve povrede

Sjedili smo u kući, a naročito djeca koja provode vrijeme na online nastavi.

Šetajući sa svojom kćerkom, uvidio je da nisu spremni za neke ranije pređene rute. Kako ući pravilno u vježbanje i svakodneven aktivnosti. Sada tek dolazimo na razmišljanje da i ona mala kretanja jako puno znače.

Pojavljuju se sindromi prenaprezanja kada glava više želi tj ide prije tijela.  

Lagani ulazak u sportske aktivnosti ima smisla, sve ostalo nema smisla, kaže dr. Buljugić.
