Omerović za TVSA: Žrtve nisu obeštećene pri Haškom tribunalu

Haški sud nije imao sredstava za obeštećenje žrtava, i to je jedna od manjkavosti Haškog tribunala, kazao je za Sarajevsku špicu Enis Omerović, profesor međunarodnog prava

Žrtve se nisu mogle obratiti za obeštećenje i postavljanje imovinsko-pravnog obeštećenja. Nego su upućivani na parnične postupke nacionalne sudove u regiji i BiH. Obrazložio je generalno dostignuća i sam utjecaj Haškog tribunal na procesuiranje ratnih zločina u bivšoj Jugoslaviji.

-Utemeljenje Haškog tribunal ogleda se u dva vojna suda Ninbergu i Tokiu, jer je međunarodna zajednica još ranih 50-ih priznala Ninberška načela.

Mi i danas primjenjujemo Ninberška načela, i od tad zapravo imamo razvoj međunarodnog krivičnog prava.
