Halebić: Krediti EBRD-a za velike projekte u KS

Ukoliko Skupština KS 28. jula usvoji rebalans, kantonalni budžet iznosit će više od milijardu i 135 miliona maraka.

Pandemija korona  virusa dovela je do smanjenja prihoda, posebno poreskih. Ali, pojašnjava ministar finansija u Vadi KS Jasmin Halebić, budžet se puni i iz drugih izvora kao što su vlastiti prihodi ili krediti.

„Većina naših infrastrukturnih projekata je povezana sa kreditnim sredstvima, naročito ovih velikih infrastrukturnih projekata kao što je izgradnja saobraćajne infrastrukture, nabavka voznih jedinica. Riječ je o velikim iznosima i tako veliki iznosi se ne finaniraju budžetskim sredstvima, nego se finansiraju iz kredita. Kod nas je najveći kreditor, koji sarađuje sa Kantonom Sarajevo, Evropska banka za obnovu i razvoj“, kazao je za TVSA Jasmin Halebić, ministar finansija KS.
